Macaroon Drops

Ingredients



4ozs Coconut
1 Egg
Little almond essence
4ozs Sugar
3ozs S.R Flour
6 Cherries or almonds

Mix coconut, sugar and flour with beaten egg and essence to a paste.

Divide into 12 pieces, mould with hands into balls then platten (?) and put on a greased tray.

Decorate with 1/2 cherry or almond.

Bake in a moderate oven 'till golden brown.
